ABOUT DANIELLE
Danielle Feinerman (she/her) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in Los Angeles and throughout California. For over 10 years she has helped clients navigate anxiety, stress, perfectionism, depression and challenging life transitions related to work, school, relationships and other major life changes.

Danielle takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic and family systems theories in combination with mindfulness-based practices to support healing of both the body and mind. She works collaboratively with her clients to develop healthier coping strategies and more flexible ways of understanding themselves and their experiences, helping them feel less stuck and more empowered in their daily lives. Recognizing that each person's story and needs are unique, Danielle tailors her therapeutic approach, treatment goals and pace of therapy to each individual. At the core of her work is a commitment to creating a safe, nonjudgmental and empathetic environment where meaningful growth can occur.

Having received specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Danielle is especially passionate about helping clients recover from the effects of trauma. She supports individuals in healing from low self-esteem, unhealthy relationship patterns, debilitating fears, and negative self-beliefs that often stem from painful childhood or adult experiences. Through this work, she helps clients cultivate greater self-compassion, reconnect with their authentic sense of self and strengthen their innate resilience.

Outside of her clinical work, Danielle enjoys exploring new restaurants, art exhibits and hiking trails throughout Los Angeles. A native Angeleno, she currently lives in LA with her husband, two children and an affectionate goldendoodle who likes to make an appearance in the office on occasion.
