ABOUT DANIELLE
Danielle Feinerman (she/her) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in Los Angeles. Originally from LA, Danielle sees clients who are struggling with issues like anxiety, stress, depression or difficult life transitions, whether with work, school, or relationships.
Danielle uses an integrative approach that draws from cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic and family systems theories, and mindfulness practices to holistically treat the body and the mind. She enjoys collaborating with her clients to adapt healthier coping skills and more flexible ways of thinking about themselves and their situations so they can feel less stuck and more empowered. Her integrative approach is individualized for each client, as are the goals and pace of therapy. Providing a safe and compassionate environment for the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of Danielle’s approach.
Having received specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), she is especially passionate about trauma recovery. Danielle works with her clients to help them heal from low self-esteem, toxic relationship patterns, debilitating fears, and negative self-beliefs that can result from painful childhood or adult experiences. She takes special care in helping her clients gain self-compassion and reconnect with their sense of self and inner resilience.
